Desirable Traits: The role of each director is to advance the mission of the Healing Racism Institute of
Pioneer Valley, and to act as a champion for HRIPV. Directors inform and engage
others in the objectives, goals, and vision of HRIPV, and are accountable for a range of
responsibilities and time commitments including: providing financial oversight; imparting leadership; attending meetings; and serving on subcommittees to name a few.
