Skills currently sought include financial management, law and legal services, or community health. New Board members are nominated and elected throughout the year. The Communications & Public Relations Intern supports Alianza’s efforts to raise awareness of domestic and intimate partner violence, and helps to promote Alianza’s programs and services. The intern works on projects that directly impact the public’s understanding of factors contributing to domestic violence, and will gain hands-on experience in policy research, general and targeted communications, and public awareness event planning and coordination.
