Brew at The Zoo is The Zoo in Forest Park's largest fundraiser. Taking place on Saturday, August 2, volunteers assist with set-up (AM volunteers), ID checks, wrist-banding, handing out sampling glasses and rack cards, giving out voting tokens for the homebrew competition, managing the raffle table, selling water and snacks, running ice to vendors, trash clean up, re-filling water stations and event break down (PM volunteers).
Volunteers are split up into AM (9:30-1:30) and PM (1:30-5:30) shifts, though a volunteer could opt to stay for the whole event if they’d like. The event itself is 12-5. Volunteers will receive a tasting glass to take part in the event either before or after their shift.
